By accessing and using the Thinkglowsystems website and educational services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Important: We do not guarantee employment outcomes, specific income levels, or career advancement. Educational success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and various factors beyond our control.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

As a user of our educational platform, you agree to maintain appropriate conduct and respect our learning environment. This includes treating fellow students and instructors with courtesy and engaging constructively in educational activities.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use educational content for personal learning. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials without explicit written permission.

Student Work and Projects

Original work created by students during courses remains their property. However, by participating in our programs, you grant Thinkglowsystems permission to showcase student projects for promotional and educational purposes, with appropriate attribution.

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Course fees are clearly displayed during registration and must be paid in full before accessing educational content. We accept various payment methods and process transactions through secure, encrypted systems.

Refund Conditions

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of course enrollment and before completing more than 25% of course content. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Administrative fees may apply to certain refund situations.

Students who violate these terms or engage in inappropriate conduct forfeit eligibility for refunds. Course credits and partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information necessary for providing educational services, including contact details, learning progress, and communication preferences. This information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

Student data is never sold to third parties. We may share anonymized usage statistics and educational outcomes for research and improvement purposes. All data transmission occurs through encrypted connections and secure storage systems.

7. Platform Availability and Technical Requirements

9. Modifications to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry standards. Significant modifications will be announced through email notifications and platform announcements at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of our services after term modifications constitutes acceptance of updated conditions. If you disagree with changes, you may discontinue service use and request account closure through our support channels.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Taiwan law and subject to the jurisdiction of Taiwan courts. Disputes will be addressed through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

For minor disagreements or service issues, we encourage using our internal resolution process through customer support. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our educational team.
